As a mean of implementing the quality policy, D.C.S.International Ltd has committed itself in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System and will implement all ISO 9001:2015 requirements and all marine services operations will be covered by the quality management system. In order to achieve all the above:

  • We review and continually improve the structure of our services and the efficiency of our processes.
  • We determine quality objectives, the achievement of which we review on an annual basis, through the process of continuous evaluation of the system by the management department.
  • We provide all necessary resources to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective operation of our company.
  • We invest in continuous training and education of our employees in order to ensure high level of quality and efficiency of our activities.
  • We monitor measure and evaluate the critical parameters and processes in order to ensure operational quality.
